SAFE AND SECURE LOGIN
The platform allows the patient to start their healthcare contact at any time and from anywhere, directly from their smartphone, tablet or computer
The patient logs in with BankID on their smartphone, tablet or computer. The patient then lists their symptoms and medical history in the digital form, safely and securely, without the need for any resources from the care centre.

MEDICAL HISTORY, A STRUCTURED COLLECTION OF SYMPTOMS
The medical history tool is intelligent as the questions are automatically adapted to each patient.
The patient can fill in their symptoms and medical history in their own time without taking resources from the care centre. The questions are adapted dynamically based on the reason for the encounter, gender, age and symptoms, and all potential contacts with a healthcare centre are covered. Doctrin's medical team, in collaboration with external doctors and other healthcare professionals, have developed questions based on validated knowledge support resources and clinical guidelines.

The medical report is compiled automatically based on the patient's medical history and reason for contact.
